Account Deletion

1. Delete Your Account in the App

• Open the SeedMotion app
• Go to the Profile, Account, or Settings area
• Choose the account deletion option
• Review the deletion notice and confirm the request
• Complete any verification step shown in the app

2. Data Generally Deleted

• Profile data, account identifiers, and non-essential settings
• User projects, prompts, uploaded media records, generated creative history, and authentication records no longer needed to operate or secure the Services

3. Data We May Retain

• Billing, subscription, refund, tax, app marketplace, accounting, security, abuse, dispute, backup, and legal compliance records
• Information needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety

4. Support

If you cannot access the in-app deletion feature, contact support@seed-motion.com and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the account.
