How do I delete my SeedMotion account?

Open the SeedMotion app, go to the Profile, Account, or Settings area, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, confirm the request, and complete any verification step shown in the app.

How do refunds work?

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are normally refunded through the store where the purchase was made. If Apple or Google approves a refund, SeedMotion honors that platform result and updates related entitlements where technically possible.

How do I contact support or report a bug?

Email support@seed-motion.com. For bugs, include app version, device model, operating system, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, and screenshots or screen recordings when available.

Do you use my content or user data to train AI models?

No. SeedMotion does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, or generated outputs to train AI models, general-purpose AI, or foundation models.

Which mode should I choose?

Use turbo for quick tests, master or pro for balanced drafts, max for sharper previews, and ultra when you want the highest available resolution and duration.

Can AI video outputs be unexpected?

Yes. AI-generated videos can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs before publishing, relying on them, or using them commercially.
